Hospital Homebound Application

Hospital/Homebound (HHB) instruction provides temporary educational support for students who cannot attend school due to a documented medical or psychological condition.

 

Our goal is to ensure continuity of learning during challenging times while prioritizing the student’s health and well-being. Families, physicians, and schools work together to create a plan that meets the student’s needs and supports a smooth transition back to the classroom when possible.
